Terms and Conditions of the Cosmic FOMO x GT4 Promotional Event

Lancelot Development Ltd. (the "Company", "we") create these Terms and conditions, describing Your participation in Cosmic FOMO x GT4 Promotional event ("Promotional Event").

Please carefully read these Terms and Conditions of the Promotional Event ("Terms") before participate in Promotional event, as they affect your obligations and legal rights, including, but not limited to, waivers of rights and limitation of liability. If you do not agree with these Terms, you shall not participate in Promotional event.

1. These Terms shall enter into force once you check box "I agree with Terms and conditions of Promotional event" at https://cosmicfomo.com/. By participation in Promotional event you irrevocably and unconditionally:

- accept and adhere to these Terms; and

- confirm that you are not a Restricted Person and do not represent a Restricted Person; and

- confirm that you agree to be bound by these Terms without any exemptions, limitations, and exclusions; and

- confirm that all information and personal data provided by you during the participation in Promotional Event is true and correct; and

- any and all provisions of these Terms shall be enforceable to the fullest extent against you.

2. You shall not participate in this Promotional event in the following events:

- you disagree with any provision hereof and would like not to be bound by these Terms; or

- You are a citizen of, natural person, having their habitual residence, in the United States of America (including its states and the district of Columbia), Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands of the United States, and any other possessions of the United States of America, Afghanistan, Canada, Crimea, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, People`s Republic of China, and other country or territory where cryptocurrency is prohibited (Restricted Person).

3. To participate in Promotional event, You shall purchase 1 Genesis NFT Cosmic FOMO (GT4) and submit your personal data (Name and Surname).

4. Promotional event is conducted in certain drawings related to particular races:

4.1. First drawing conducted from 6th April 2023 till 14th April 2023. Rewards for this drawing is access to pilot`s boxes on GT4 race in Hockenheim and meeting with the pilot.

4.2. Second drawing conducted from 1st May 2023 till 12th May 2023. Rewards for this drawing is access to pilot`s boxes on GT4 race in Lausitzring and meeting with the pilot.

4.3. Third drawing conducted from 5th June 2023 till 9th June 2023. Rewards for this drawing is access to pilot`s boxes on GT4 race in Oschersleben and meeting with the pilot.

4.4. Third drawing conducted from 5th July 2023 till 15th September 2023. Rewards for this drawing is access to pilot`s boxes on GT4 race in Nürburgring and meeting with the pilot.

5. You are entitled to participate in each of the drawing without any limitations.

6. The Company defines 10 winners of each drawings through random number generator.

7. The Company shall notify winners no later than 10 working days before the date of particular race.

8. The winner is entitled to transfer its reward to any other third party by notifying the Company through [e-mail]. Transfer shall be contemplated on the date of Company`s confirmation on such transfer.

9. These Terms may be modified, changed, supplemented or updated by the Company in its sole discretion at any time without advance notice.

10. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company relating to your participation in Promotional event.

11. The Company may assign Company's rights and obligations under these Terms.
