# Body (Base health)

The Body scale of a Guild base is a measure of its resilience to attack and is expressed as a number of health units.

It is replenished once a day for free up to the maximum at the time of Guild resource allocation at 16:00 UTC. It is also replenished free of charge to its maximum when a Guild is looted.

At all other times, the Guild owner can replenish the base health scale in two modes:

* Manual mode, in which the Guild owner chooses the number of health points to restore on his own.
* Automatic mode, in which the health of the base is automatically restored after each attack is repelled to the maximum possible value. This happens according to the available Energy charge in the Repair Charge scale.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.cosmicfomo.com/game-mechanics/defensive-and-offensive-structures/body-base-health.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
