# Creating a Guild

* Anyone can create a Guild for 40 COSMIC. 
* Before creating a Guild, users shouldn't be a member of another Guild. 
* When creating a Guild, the creator must choose an avatar, a name and a Guild description. In the Guild description, you can include a link to an external chat room for communicating with members of your alliance only.
* Communication with members of your alliance can take place in any messenger, such as Telegram. 
* When you create a Guild, you are assigned the role of Guild Owner. 
* The Guild can manage all members of their alliance.
